To be world heritage listed for a natural site it must fulfil the following points.
1.it has to be an outstanding examples representing major stages of earth history. It fulfils this because it was cherished by the native aboriginals and has went through a lot of the time humans have lived.
2.To be outstanding examples representing on-going ecological and biological processes in the evolution and development of terrestrial, fresh water, coastal and marine ecosystems and communities of plants and animals .This site fulfils this because it provides shelter for animals and plants during the day.
3.The sit has to contain superlative natural phenomena or areas of exceptional natural beauty and aesthetic importance . It fulfils this by it location in beautiful bush land and the rock just adds to the beauty of the land of bush around the area.
4.The site has to contain the most important and significant natural habitats for in-situ conservation of biological diversity, including those containing threatened species of outstanding universal value from the point of view of science or conservation. This site fulfils the statement by being a rock that was formed naturally by the earth in the shape as a wave and is located in beautiful bush land in western Australia.
